Andy is an experienced family office executive, and alternative investments CIO, working with family offices and wealth management firms that have an interest in building and expanding into the family office and ultra-high net worth markets. Andy has had an extensive career on Wall Street and in investing, originally starting with Bear Stearns, McKinley Allsopp, Tag Associates, Matrix Ascent Partners and WisdomTree Asset Management (NASDAQ: WETF) to name a few. Currently, Andy is Founder of ATMalloy & Partners, a boutique family office consulting firm and serves on the board of directors of several companies. Andy is a Villanova graduate and attended the Harvard Business Schools’ Executive MBA program.

David Culver

With over 25 years of experience spanning the globe, David has crafted winning strategies on behalf of trade associations and global corporations with a specialty in beverage alcohol, cannabis, and other highly regulated industries.

Prior to his role at USCC, David served as Vice President of Global Government & Stakeholder Relations for Canopy Growth Corporation. In this role, David built and managed the company’s global government relations efforts including their entry into the US as a CBD company. He founded the company’s employee PAC, and was a founding board member of USCC.

David served as Vice President of Government Affairs at Distilled Spirits Council (DISCUS) for 16 years prior. Among many accolades during his tenure, he was instrumental in the passage of the Craft Beverage Modernization & Tax Reform Act in December 2017 – the first industry-wide tax reduction since the Civil War.

David served in a variety of campaign and legislative positions for Senator(s) Robert C. Byrd (D-WV), Tom Daschle (D-SD), J. Robert Kerrey (D-NE), and Ben Nelson (D-NE).

Eula is a seasoned and experienced executive with a career spanning Merchant Services at First Data, COO of Pay By Touch, CEO of Xcore Corporation and CEO of Neuromonics. He was a Partner with the Touche Ross Accounting firm (in 1989 was merged with Deloitte). Eula currently serves on the boards of Grow Generation (Chair of Audit Committee), Harvest Health and Recreation Board of Directors (Chair-Audit and Risk Committees and member of Compliance Committee), Intrado Corporation Board of Directors, White House Historical Association Board of Directors and National Council, Colorado Department of Transportation Commission; CareerWise Colorado Board, Volunteers of America Board and New Hope Baptist Church. Former Treasurer of Congressional Black Caucus and MasterCard Board of Directors as well as NetBank Board of Directors. Eula is a graduate of Morris Brown College and a Harvard MBA.

John retired in May 2019 as Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Antares Capital, LP. John was a founding Partner of the original Antares Capital in 1996, a business based upon providing acquisition financing capital to the portfolio companies of Private Equity firms throughout North America. At the time of his retirement, AUM and administration at Antares exceeded $25bn. In November 2019 he joined Victory Park Capital Advisors , where he is now a Senior Advisor to the firm. John was recently named the Chair of the Advisory Council for the IDEA Center, a hub of Innovation at Notre Dame.

Kim Vender Moffat is the founder of Rosa Partners, where she focuses on supporting founders and management teams through investment, advising, and board roles. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Braddock Scholars program at the Aspen Institute and an Investor in Residence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, She is a tenured private equity investor and previously was a partner at Sterling Partners, a small-middle market private equity firm based in Chicago. At Sterling, Kim invested in and served on the boards of various healthcare, education, and consumer services companies. During part of her time at Sterling, she also led Investor Relations, Business Development and Firm Strategy functions. Kim currently serves as a board member for social impact private equity fund at Impact Engine, as well as the Hold Co for the First Women’s Bank, which she co-founded.

Mara Sheldon, a senior policy advisor at Squire Patton Boggs advised the Biden presidential campaign on cannabis policy and works with private sector companies and nonprofits on a variety of legislative and regulatory matters related to cannabis and hemp. Mara is a policy expert and former congressional aide with significant experience on Capitol Hill as well as in state government, having also served as Communications Director and Spokesperson for Colorado Gov. Jared Polis’ (D) gubernatorial campaign. In the US House of Representatives, Mara also served on the congressional senior staff of the late Rep. John Dingell, Jr. (D-MI), the chairman of the House Committee on Energy & Commerce, which oversees the FDA and has direct jurisdiction on matters of commerce involving cannabis, CBD, hemp and related products. She is a key member of Squire Patton Boggs’ Cannabis Initiative Team and regularly authors cannabis policy pieces that have appeared in publications such as The Denver Post and Cannabis Law Review.

Mike is the CEO of a start-up cannabis company currently operating in stealth mode. Most recently Mr. Hartman headed up Canopy Growth’s THC strategy group for the US marketplace. Mike began his foray into the cannabis industry as a member of Governor Hickenlooper’s cabinet when he was Executive Director for the Colorado Department of Revenue. In that capacity, Mike served as Colorado’s regulatory authority for the Cannabis, Alcohol and Tobacco, Casino, Horse Racing and Auto Dealership industries.
