BRC Therapeutics (formerly Biopharmaceutical Research Company) is a DEA-registered biopharmaceutical company developing cannabinoid-based prescription medicines for pain and neurological conditions. BRC’s drug candidates combine botanically derived cannabinoids at defined proprietary ratios, are manufactured to cGMP standards, and are advancing through the FDA drug development pathway. Its lead candidate, BRC-002, has received FDA Orphan Drug Designation for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and has an FDA-cleared Investigational New Drug application; the pipeline also includes a program in Aromatase Inhibitor-Induced Arthralgia (AIIA).
